mic39100-3.3ws

Introducing the MIC39100-3.3WS, a high-performance, 1.5A low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for demanding applications. This regulator offers a fixed output voltage of 3.3V, making it ideal for a wide range of applications, including industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics. The MIC39100-3.3WS features a low dropout voltage of just 450mV at full load, providing excellent regulation in all conditions. With a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.5V, this LDO can accommodate a variety of power supply configurations. Its low ground current of 1.2mA and thermal shutdown protection make it suitable for high-efficiency and high-reliability designs. The device also includes current limit and short-circuit protection to safeguard the load and the regulator itself. In addition, the MIC39100-3.3WS is available in a small 5-pin TSOT-23 package, making it easy to design into space-constrained PCB layouts. For a reliable and efficient 3.3V LDO solution, look no further than the MIC39100-3.3WS.
