ltm4630

The LTM4630 is a high efficiency, high density, 40A step-down DC/DC μModule (power module) regulator. It operates from an input voltage range of 4V to 20V and delivers an adjustable and highly accurate output voltage from 0.6V to 5V. The LTM4630 uses a proprietary current mode architecture and features a high switching frequency up to 1MHz, allowing for a compact and low profile design. This μModule regulator includes integrated power MOSFETs, inductors, and all necessary components, simplifying the design and layout of power management systems. The device also features multiple feedback loops, enabling it to provide excellent line and load regulation, as well as fast transient response. The LTM4630 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including telecom, datacom, industrial, and medical systems, where high efficiency and small form factor are essential. The device is housed in a thermally enhanced, compact package, making it easy to integrate into designs with limited board space.
