Introducing the LTM4623IV PBF, a high efficiency, high density dual 13A step-down µModule® (micromodule) regulator. This compact power module integrates a DC/DC controller, power switches, inductor, and support components into a low profile BGA package. The LTM4623IV PBF operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V and delivers output voltages from 0.6V to 5.5V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including point-of-load regulation for advanced microprocessors, FPGAs, ASICs, and general purpose system rails. Key features of the LTM4623IV PBF include its high efficiency design which delivers up to 93% conversion efficiency, as well as its fast transient response and tight output voltage regulation. The LTM4623IV PBF also includes overcurrent and overtemperature protection to ensure reliable operation in demanding environments.
