The BTS7960 is a fully integrated high-current half-bridge driver module from Infineon Technologies. This high-power motor driver module is capable of driving up to 43A of continuous current, making it suitable for a wide range of high-power applications. The module contains two H-bridge drivers, each capable of controlling a single DC motor or other high-current load. With an input voltage range of 6V to 27V, the BTS7960 is suitable for use in a variety of battery-powered and industrial applications. The module features built-in overcurrent, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation in demanding environments. It also includes diagnostic and fault reporting features to aid in system troubleshooting and maintenance.
