atmega8515

The ATmega8515 is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit microcontroller from the popular ATmega series by Atmel. With 8KB of in-system programmable flash memory and 512 bytes of EEPROM, the ATmega8515 offers plenty of storage for program code and data.
