The ADRF5020 is a highly versatile and efficient RF switch from Analog Devices designed for use in a wide range of applications including cellular base stations, communication systems, and test and measurement equipment. This single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch operates over a frequency range of 9 kHz to 13 GHz, making it suitable for both low and high-frequency designs.
