Introducing the ACPL-064L, a high-performance optically coupled gate drive single channel CMOS IC that is designed for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high power inverter applications. The ACPL-064L features a high common mode transient immunity of 50kV/μs, making it ideal for use in noisy industrial environments. With its integrated active Miller clamping and under voltage lockout protection, the ACPL-064L ensures safe and reliable operation of power switches. This optically coupled gate driver also provides high driving current of 4A peak and 2A continuous, allowing for fast switching of power devices.
